Your free charts, coin casts and card draws are worked out in your browser, so we never receive that data. We only receive it if you buy a report.

Free charts, casts and cards

Your details and your question stay on your device, saved in your browser so the form is filled in next time. We count page views and steps such as "chart shown" and "card saved" as plain daily totals, with no cookies and nothing that identifies you. If you came from a link with a short code in it, such as one in an ad, those totals are also split by that code. A compare link carries your first name if you gave one, your leading Western element, your day master and sign. It does not carry your birth date, time or place.

If you buy a report

We send your birth details, or your question and cast, to our server and then to Anthropic, whose AI model writes the report. Anthropic processes them under its commercial terms. When the report is written we delete those details from our order record, apart from the one line at the top of your report page: the name, birth date, time and place, or your question. The report and that line stay available at your private link for 400 days and are then deleted. Unpaid checkouts are deleted after 2 days. We also keep a keyed hash of what you entered, which can't be turned back into your details, so we can tell when the same reading is bought twice.

Stripe handles your payment. We don't see or store your card number. Stripe tells us your email address, and we use it to send you your link. We don't keep the address itself, only a keyed hash of it: that lets us send all your links to that address when you ask for them, and refund you if you pay for a reading you already bought with it. We also keep your billing country, because we can only sell in certain countries, and a salted hash of your connection address for one purpose: limiting repeated checkout and email requests.

Your private link

Anyone with your report link can read the report, so share it with care. Your browser keeps a list of the reports you've opened in it, on your device only, for the Your readings page. To have a report deleted sooner, write to the address on our terms page and include the link.

Services we use

Cloudflare (hosting, database and email), Stripe (payments), Anthropic (report writing). Your data may be processed outside your country by these services. We don't sell personal information and we have no advertising trackers on this site.
