Terms and refunds

You pay once for one written report, or a set of them, which we deliver at private links and email to you. There is no account and no subscription.

What it is

Reports are written by an AI model from charts we calculate. They are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or any other professional advice, and they don't predict the future. You must be 18 or older to buy.

Where we sell

Reports are sold to buyers with a billing address in the United States, Canada or Australia. If you pay with a billing address elsewhere, we refund you automatically and don't write the report. Prices are in US dollars. Your bank may add its own conversion fee.

Refunds

If we can't produce your report, we refund you automatically. If one report in a set can't be produced, we refund that report's share of the price. If you pay for a report you already bought with the same email address and the same details, we refund the new payment automatically and email you the link to the one you have. If your report has a mistake in your birth details that you entered correctly, or you are unhappy with it for any other reason, write to us within 14 days with your link and we'll refund you. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or the consumer law where you live.
